Curious too! Yes some kids are invited to live at Storrs and commute to Hartford, I am not sure if it is offered to all. It was part of my older child’s acceptance to Hartford 2 years ago. He chose another school- that is one helluva commute!

Fairly certain, DD24 is facing another rejection based on all this IT insight. What a bummer. At least I can prepare her in advance for another huge let down.

I wonder what it means regarding scholarship…
FWIW- My student is seemingly admitted to Hartford per the link above. His housing portal for Stamford is an error message. His link for Storrs housing is open and active. So I expect an acceptance to Hartford with offer to house at Storrs. Identical to my older child’s acceptance 2 years ago. He will also be going elsewhere.

I have storrs listed on the new portal- and for housing I can log in overall to housing but when I click on Storrs I get the 3 to 5 days after paying deposit message and have Stamford which says unauthorized. I read from last year that people admitted to Hartford can still live at Storrs.

Im so sorry, I hope it’s just log in issues or a waitlist (that actually moves)
My son’s states “Admitted Undergraduate Student next to “Affiliation.” Storrs is listed higher on the page.

yes, it doesn’t have the word “admitted”. Just says Applicant. So that must mean “not admitted”

We are OOS and can login to the portal. Just see the “Student Homepage” and all of the icons.
My son’s has this scholarship line…wonder what the heck it means?
Noticed when I log into the portal, the second-choice major is no longer listed. Only the first. This is new.
Mine still has the alternate choice
