I don’t know about UConn but Penn State will make updates to someones access maybe as much as 24 hours before updating their portal. But at least then you could find the acceptance letter. They release decisions overtime. It was painful.

We are OOS. On a side note in case these are being rolled out based on date of application (I have no clue but just in case) we most likely applied on the early side as this was one of his first applications.
So painful at Penn State! Son didn’t get his acceptance until two weeks after they said they would release results.

My son was accepted at VT, OSU, UMASS, still waiting on numerous others. PSU is very frustrating (he applied rolling decision) but at least at the others he has an expected date. PSU just says “under review” every time he logs in. He is a high stat kid and we have seen some people submit and get in really quickly. It is all a roll of the dice. I cant figure out how they make their decisions or timing. He has great options so it is was it is but frustrating….

The most telling sign I think that a kid is accepted is if your kid has a student id assigned (different from application netid) and if this number matches the number in the one card webpage. Uconn does not have a reason to assign a student ID if not accepted.
Fwiw…former husky here and we use One Card for paying stuff on campus

Yeah. It would be weird to have so much access and a student id. But it is also weird that we have all this access without even accepting an offer. I mean, she has an active card?!
They might be in the process of putting this piece of code in for all admitted students then have a flag to easily disable/enable later for those who actually accept. Just from a programming point of view…
My dtr’s numbers match…and not the other netid one…I am hoping she gets Storrs but I realize Stamford is more likely for her.
