<p>Your GPA is a bit low (as the average GPA at U Delaware is 3.6) and your SAT is average for the school, while everything else looks good. I’d say you definitely have a chance, but Delaware as a whole has tougher standards than MSU. Plus, Michigan State admissions is a bit easier for out-of-state students in comparison to Delaware’s admissions standards for out-of-state students. </p>
