I understand that exchange rates will fluctuate but as for the tuition charged, does the university keep it constant based on your first enrollment year, or does it tend to go up a certain percentage each year? <p>No, it doesn’t. When I was at Edinburgh (I graduated in June), my tuition increased by about £500 each year.</p>
