For any college - not just UF - their portal shows what you need.
You submitted the SSAR.
If any school wants more, the portal will tell you. For UF no.

Thank you! Will check.
mid year grades are only used for 3 year graduates. They are not used for anyone else.
Thank you so much!
Hi @Melissa96 thank you for posting here. Itās extremely helpful!
Our son applied and is awaiting his decision.
Heās at a private Florida prep school with straight Aās from 9th through this this, his senior year, to date.
4.0 unweighted, 4.45 weighted. 13 AP classes total.
1510 SAT. Captain of varsity cross country, and a few other ECās.
The honors program is what he really wants but weāve heard so many different versions of how that selection process works.
Can you give a quick few bullet points on how applicants are actually selected for honors and, if possible, a rough idea of what the stats are for those applicants?
Again, thank you so much!
Donāt know the methodology but this is on the Honors webpage.
Yes, the process is the true mystery.
We have heard that essays come into play and that students currently in the UF honors program are involved in the selection process but I donāt know what to believe.
I do know we can just āwait and seeā but thatās no fun.
Decisions are made in the admissions office in conjunction with Honors looking at the studentās academic profile and their honors essay. Honors students are not involved in the decision making (that stopped the year before last)
Thank you so much! Itās seemingly a small bit of information but, wow, do we talk about this process as a family for hours on end. Every little bit helps.
@Melissa96 If an applicant intends to get an AA degree by the end of HS, does it affect their chances at regular decision?
Specifically having an AA degree doesnāt affect the freshman decision at all.
@Melissa96 : now that we are close to EA release, does UF have any statistics that could help us get ready? Thank you.
She said that she is not able to share until UF releases them.
Thanks!
When could we expect the results?
