Daughter accepted with Honors, Honors scholarship, and URSP. 4.0 unweighted, IB Program, about 4/400 in class rank. Several club officer positions, varsity cross country and track, part time job, 34 superscore (32 best composite), mom and dad alumni, brother current student. We are very happy for her.

Please write to the legislators and let them know. How they turn away in state kids with better grades/scores than oos is beyond me.

Perhaps. Lots of kids outside the range accepted today. Pretty frustrating when you’ve proven to do the work at UF for two semesters.

And to make matters worse, today she could not access the portal with her logins. Somehow the system had changed her sign on to be her UF student email address. IT had to figure it out. So she entered an @UF.edu email address to get rejected. Pretty awful

Guys I have not checked my decisions yet. I noticed that I haven’t received any emails from UF while some people I know who applied did, and they got in. Does not getting an email mean I was denied?

She is probably in the space avaliable deadline since something came late. You should call them on Monday though. Sorry :frowning:

We also received the research and $6k but it says ‘over 4 years’ so I assumed it was $1,500 per year??
