Question - is it known what they are waiting to see for the deferral? Another semester of grades? When are decisions final - Feb?

Deferred over here. I have a question - do you send in the studentās grades as they stand today or from mid-semester? Our school doesnāt put mid-semester grades on transcripts so Iām not sure which my daughter should send in.

Yes. There are actually 19 now, but 21 we ranked 2nd semester last year.

I got in. NE Private school. Good stats. I thought I probably would get in. But UGA OOS is becoming so tough. Really excited.

Accepted OOS. No clue how as SAT was below 25%. 4.2 GA GPA. 11 APs. Top 9%. 1350 SAT. Complete and utter shock as I was sure it would be a deferral. Beyond thrilled!

According to CDS data the UGA SAT range is 1220-1400 (25%-75%), so your SAT score was closer to 75%, not under 25%.

Does UGA only offer merit in the admission letter, or might there be something coming later?

they put out the data on the accepted students and the middle 50% started with 1370. The CDS is out of date

But this is EA, which has higher standards.

Based on the EA stats UGA just released on their blog, 50% SAT range for EA was 1370 - 1500! Crazy!
