I only see three forms: withdraw, biographical change, and course change. What’s the fourth one you see?

hmm i still have the blue button, but looking at prev yrs it wasnt rly an indicator. maybe theyre rolling out decisions rn? cuz it eventually disappeared for everyone apparently
