I have a question for UIUC. Many say that priority decision is better than RD and greatly affect your chances of getting in. Problem is, I am taking my math subject tests in november (doesn’t fit in any other date), and for engineering I need to submit those scores for engineering. This will force me to apply RD, will this greatly reduce my chances of getting in. I am oos.

I don’t believe UIUC requires or even accepts the SAT II subject scores.

In addition, the many you refer to that say that applying to priority decision “greatly” affect your chances of getting in are mistaken. It may, depending on the demand for a particular program in a given application year and the quality of your fellow applicants, “slightly” affect your chances for admission. I too, am unaware of any admission requirements for SAT Subject tests.
