So, people say that the decision will be out around late Jan (1/31) seems to be the official date. Does anyone know when the letter will actually come by, and what about the decision that will be posted online?
I heard that there is a backdoor way to find out a few days prior to the official date ONLY if you got accepted to Honors or LEP programs. Anyone know?

<p>last year the decisions came out on Jan 31st at 5 pm. I received an acceptance email first then I was able to find the decision online but it took a while since everyone was attempting to access the website at the same time. As for my letter, It did not come in the mail for at least a week or so after the online decision was available. I do not think what you heard was true because the honors or lep acceptances all heard back the same date as everyone else. You only have a few weeks left or waiting! Gooduck!</p>
<p>I read another post that there is such a thing as a like letter. It comes out prior to the official notification from the department telly the applicant, they will “Likely” be getting an acceptance letter</p>
<p>Phersdad, I also heard about the likely letter but I’m calling B.S on that because my school has a 60% chance of getting into MD and NO ONE has gotten one yet. Maybe people are just making that up?</p>
