international
It seems like only international students have been able to get in. Last year around 4-5 pm oos and in state were able to log in so don’t be worried if you can’t access it right now. and congrats on getting in!!

Haha! This is like Penn State and lion path. When there’s a full moon and the TO button goes away, you can possibly log on access this random portal which is all ultimately about 3 hours before you would get the official email… No, we’re not crazy…
