Accepted for communications! I got an email from canelink at 6:10pm EST. I was deferred from ED2. International student.

I got my decision at 4:38pm from NY. I was deferred EA and I was now waitlisted. My application had the green dot on it. Does anyone know when waitlist comes out/the chances I get off?
@BabaO @Ctaub01 Did you guys choose both Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 when you applied? Does the letter say that āyou are admitted to Spring 2020 termā?
I checked common data set for last year- 10405 offered waitlist, 4041 accepted, 30 taken off waitlist. Very slim odds @ecart17
Hello all. D deferred EA. Acceptance letter arrived at 7:01pm for Spring 2020 for Biology. Status for Spring 2020 was complete on both portals from 2:53pm east coast time. no green dots. 1290 SAt. 4 APS, 4.7 gpa, lots of ecās. did LOCI. good luck to all who are waiting.
@jennieey I donāt remember what I clicked, but Iām sure I clicked fall 2019. And yes it says spring 2020
I was accepted into the marine biology program GPA 3.5 ACT 28 differed EA but I had the cancelled thing on my application before they posted it. I dont think it means anything.
@jennieey - the selection on the app was for Fall 2019 only. The admission letter was for Spring 2020.
Just so everyone is clearā¦ the acceptance letter did state that a lot of the cohorts start in January. Remember it sometimes takes more than 4 years to get a degree due to scheduling, rising costs and of course class size. common set from last year shows 4800 in arts and sciences aloneā¦so good luck to all .

@jennieey I have no idea. It doesnāt say anything about fall 2019. It has a green dot that says completed. Iām calling the office on Monday
