My D was accepted to Frost with a Music Presidential Scholarship though not as much as we’d hoped. Figuring out still if we can make it work. No FA - I Guess they don’t stack?

Does anyone know if you get a separate letter from Frost about which program you got into specifically CAM? @SpartanDrew Do you happen to know?

@BabaO While I agree that a rejection is not the end of a dream, I don’t agree with your attempt a downplaying the location and things to do. First of all, the campus is not “West on Calle Ocho”. FIU is located on Calle Ocho. Additionally, the Grove is relatively close to campus and there are a ton of things to do.
With that being said, there is a right place for everyone. Sometimes, a rejection will ultimately be a good thing as it will open up other opportunities l.

@joeycorp we had to email Karen Kerr and she told us D was admitted to CAM. It came in the acceptance letter too. @lesimpson4 my friend didn’t think she had a decision but I saw in her screenshot she sent to me an unread message in Canelink. Go look for a message in the message center.
