<p>no idea how I got rejected. I guess because of my ACT and gpa… 10 AP classes, 2 College classes, 4.56W/3.66UW, 27 ACT… + Asian… ■■■</p>

<p>I can’t see mine… I’m so confused. I searched under Admission Decision and it says completed. And under communications only received… </p>

Classes: 2 honors freshman year (max allowed in my school), 4 honors sophomore year, 3 APs and 1 honor junior year, and 4 APs senior year
Essay: about my parents’ sacrificing their business and lives to move up to an unknown town just for the sake of me and my brother having an excellent education. Very passionate and genuine with a touch of humor.
Recommendation letters: science teacher, us history teacher, and counselor. Have no idea what they said because I had my ferpa rights waived.
Perks: 1st generation college student (I’m Chinese by the way)

Strengths: essay (I’m very good at creative writing and expressing emotions on paper), extracurriculars
Weaknesses: GPA and act could be higher </p>

<p>@18yrcollegemin, I am willing to bet that your son is accepted. There is no way they would send scholarship invitation to anyone who is not in. My son received the Singer/Stamp invitation, too.</p>
