@medm14
I’m sorry to hear that, that just blows. The college process is wildly unpredictable. I know a guy who had a 2350, and 3.9 UW GPA at the best private school in my state. Got in to one safety, that was it. You never know who is going to get in, and who won’t. Sometimes it comes down to where your application fell in the mix for the readers. First of the day, last of the day, etc…

Accepted!!
From Minnesota with a 28 ACT and 3.85 GPA My stats are not amazing but I’m excited to leave this cold weather (: Good luck to those who are still waiting!

Reflection
Strengths: community service hours, leadership position
Weaknesses: GPA dropped significantly because I overloaded my schedule my sophomore and junior year. I don’t regret taking those classes, but I wished I had been smarter about it.
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I have no clue. College.

To those still waiting:
I checked my Canelink last night at around…10pm and found it under my communications link. If yours is not there, I would just wait for the actual mail to come. But don’t worry–you will get a decision soon, so be patient! Waiting is the worst part of any college process.

Good luck.

Accepted with a 3.7 and a 2160! Saw on canelink this morning. Anyone know how long it takes for letters to come in?

Still nothing on Canelink… Probably just going to give up one electronic notification and wait for the mail.

@jessiea31 yes if by 10 am i still have nothing then i have definitely will give up on an online notification.

Why don’t you call admissions? You’ve waited long enough!

I’m in class. If anyone has time to call and gets some information, let me know!

Yep Ive called. Apparently theyre in a meeting trying to sort this out. lol.
