It’s letting me sign up for an admitted students tour after logging in. Is this normal?

I wish I could have the ability to edit my message but the idea is you have to sign in for a green date
It shows up as “Congratulations to your admission to U-M” when logged out guys. This is not linked to a decision.

Yes, it works in incognito. But you have to sign in to actually confirm a date.

But the “congrats!” verbiage appears when you aren’t logged in. Not sure how much clearer that could be that this page is visible to everyone.

This is the message the rejected person had: “Admitted Student Tours are for admitted students only. If you believe you received this message in error, please call 734-764-7433.”
Who knows they’ve been rejected yet?
This was last year. I’m just looking to see if anyone got the message I said above after opening up the only available green highlighted date.

i briefly saw the one on feb 22nd (?) but it disappeared when i logged in
