do decisions come out at 3pm or are they announced at 3 and actually come out at 2:50?

we’ve seen from past years that not all come out exactly at 3:00. Some were as late as 3:15 in one post.

Feel like we’re in a bad version of the “Schrödinger’s cat” thought experiment. As of this moment, our kids are Accepted, Deferred, Rejected all at the same time.
