Should be standard practice to pre-announce release date.
It takes a logistical plan and a lot of prep to do a release. They know when they will be ready to push the button. They should state it, even if only a few days ahead.

were you able to click on a tour date? I was able to click on a tour date and work through the registration, but when I tried to register it said error( similar timing with when the calendar went away)
So is there a chance that it might not come today

does anyone have any advice on my portal not being locked… i am stressing
I get so nervous when I see these backdoor links and such. Does anyone else remember the 2005 MBA admissions loophole? I know that was ancient times, but a few universities (I remember Harvard and Stanford specifically) rescinded the admissions for applicants that used the backdoor link to see if they were admitted or not. I think it was something like if an email ID was set up for the applicant in the portal would indicate acceptance.

For anyone that was able to register and get a confirmation for an admitted student tour, are you able to go back and in and continue to see that registration? Did anyone reach out about the registration?
Agreed, for any protected or personalized links; but for going directly through a link available publicly on their admissions website, it amounts to a simple act of curiosity and not hacking.
We should still be very wary of clicking on direct links. I never do it.
This is ridiculous. It is not the applicants’ fault.
Admissions is now preparing to rescind their offers… just kidding… lol

I mean the portal changes and the cube and the tour sign up changes … all are indicative of today being the day. Why does Wisconsin not being today relate to Michigan’s release date?

I also got the “Congratulations…” message but all dates are blanked out. OOS with 1500+ SAT, 4.0 UW, excellent extracurriculars.

it finally looks like that when i went through the enrollment connect link for some reason before it was just showing my application details
