University of Michigan Class of 2023 - Deferred Applicants

Good luck to everyone!

when do decisions come out?

anyone know if the email comes before the portal gets updated or is it reversed?

also my tab is gone OOS CA

Tab is gone! This will be my last decision, very happy it’s over.

I’ve heard a string of rejections from Rice, Vanderbilt and today Duke. Waitlisted at Wake Forest. Don’t really care what Mich says, just glad they’re saying something.

Is this wave usually very high in rejections? :frowning:

@xviiclassofxix Good luck you can do this!! If u don’t mind would Michigan be your only choice now?

OOS deferred for CoE, tab just disappeared

Mine is gone as well. Good luck!
Oos CoE deferred

Patience is rewarded. Good luck everyone!

There should be acceptances, waitlists and rejections in this wave. I posted the stats some time back, it’ll probably take a few years to find them.

@Dreamer2023 No, I applied to seventeen schools (I see how my previous post was confusing)!! Michigan already rejected me from one major, as I applied for a double degree. This means I’m not super interested anyway (and financially it would be a stretch). I pretty much know where I’m going, so we’ll see about Michigan tonight, but probably won’t change my final decision.

My tab is gone too! Instate + engineering. Now I’m nervous!! Good luck everyone!

Tab gone! OOS NY CoE

Post #951:

Typically UMich will release at 12:01 AM EST or 9:01 PM PST.

Disappeared decision tab

mine is still there

@sushiritto Thanks! for that. I was page through the 2022 pages to find that out. Saved me time!

Good luck everyone. Geez last time I said tomorrow for releases this happened… Lol.

Yikes, the large waitlist percentage scares me.

Common data set indicates 7% of total people accepted waitlist were admitted
