I wonder if you’re:
- An "outlier" decision, in between "waves," or
- UMich is beginning to enter decisions for the next "wave."
So far, this admissions season, I’ve only seen transfer applicants as the “outlier” decisions. Wow, I hope it’s good news for you. Keep us apprised.

I was just wondering if there is any significance between being accepted early on in after being deferred or later on in the decision waves. For me personally, I haven’t heard back yet after being deferred back in December and really hoping I hear sooner rather than later. Of course, I am willing to wait as Michigan is my top choice and have had been a Michigan fan since I was a little kid; the wait is killing me as I check the portal almost every day lol.
I am out of state from California with family from Michigan including my mom and aunt who are proud alumni.

Hi guys! I just checked and I received my decision today! I checked yesterday with no decision. I’m shaking, I’m so happy! I sent in a LOCI, and had my counselor talk to my AO often as well.

4.0 GPA UW
My EC’s were mainly marching band, color guard (indoor), mentoring, NHS, etc…
