I have a Freshman at UMich and I just checked and her email from last year and it came in around 12:15 PST. I can’t remember if she checked her portal first for her decision. but email about 15 minutes after decisions dropped.

I found three people in last year’s 2027 official RD thread who could sign up for Admitted Student Day in advance. Two didn’t report whether or not they were accepted and the other was waitlisted.

I don’t know about the time. Sorry! My kid can’t get home until after 6 so we are just doing an after dinner before she goes out check in
so it seems like it’s not a sure indicator

Typically, Michigan releases their decisions at 3:00 PM EST. I know a few years ago, they released at 2:50 PM EST, but it’s right around that time. Often exactly at that time.

Went through all of this last year with our daughter. Hang in there everyone. What you can and can’t do on the portal means nothing. Decisions likely out today so good luck to all.
