University of Michigan Class of 2029 Official RD Thread

Not us. But my guess is the D25 is WL or Rejected, so not sure that is an indication of anything. Michigan is their dream school but also a reach and they are realistic about it. Thankfully got into a really good instate school that are also excited about in Sports Management.

Is there any engineering student here who can sign up for a tour?

Good luck. EA or RD?

Most people apply EA – though the UMich website claims that there is no admissions advantage to doing so compared to applying RD

Can make a friend account but can’t sign up for a tour. Thinking probably denied or waitlisted. I actually think this is a blessing. My child was accepted to the Univ of FL and was really struggling with which school they liked more - UMich and UF were tied. This will make the decision so much easier. So happy for everyone that gets a top choice. The college process is brutal - so many wonderful applicants and so few spots. Good luck everyone! And if you don’t get into UMich, that only means that a better place and spot is waiting for you somewhere else.

Maybe the tour thing got patched at 12 when the withdrawal button disappeared for everyone. Some said their withdrawal was gone before 12 - I think that is negative for Astro indication. If you still had withdrawal before 12 while others said theirs as gone I think it’s good sign.

Did ya sign up for the tour before or after 12?

Not the person you asked but I could sign up for it way past 12

Ross EA Postponed. When I try to sign up for admitted students tour it says " Admitted student tours are for admitted students only. If you believe you are receiving this message in error"

Where was the withdraw button? I don’t know where it was to know if its missing, and I tried to read the thread and am uncertain if we’ve dismissed this as “withdraw” thing as being irrelevant or not.

itis RD.
