I was deferred early action from LSA, but got into Yale and Cornell yesterday. I wish I had the time to withdraw, but Iām guessing Iāll get waitlisted today.

Congrats to everybody who can sign up. S25 probably waitlisted (which is not that different than rejection). Since deferred from EA, he has other admits which are similar or better in academics/rigor and hopefully he can create the same social life/sports (maybe not sports) he sought at Michigan over there.
It is a also a good lesson for S25 to go through the process and deal with dissappointment.

As veterans of berkeley astrology and a thread with 3000+ posts, I am more inclined to believe this. But it is up to you.

If rejected/waitlisted, you will at least keep both kidneys. lol.

Amazing how much things can change from January to March. After admission to UCI Honors, I was scared when S25 was opening the USC decision ( an extra $250k!), but we would have been thrilled with USC in January.
