University of Michigan fall 2020 transfer.

Thank you! @Crivelo
Yeah my admission counselor was Irma Guzman, I only talked to her once she’s a nice person.

@rejectedfornow Congrats!! Just curious, are you a social science major under LSA? They got all my documents around the same time as you, but I haven’t hear anything back yet which makes me feel kinda nervous…

When did your other materials arrive?

Applied to LSA math two days before the ddl but other materials arrive and processed about one week later. My counselor told me that the applications which’s materials arrive after the deadline will be considered on a space-available basis, which means there’s no guarantee to be reviewed. Anyone knows how much this matters? Is there still a big chance to get reviewed?

@cattt1107 did you have to call to see when your materials arrived?

@carshoes227 I had to ask my advisor but I am assuming I could also have just called.

@carshoes227 Can’t you see it in the applicant portal? Mine shows as this: Application>View>Your Application Status>Checklist Complete: All Required Admissions Materials Received

@cattt1107 @sophia1997 thanks. yes my portal says checklist complete but I guess I have to call to see when it was complete

@transferr2020 thank you. I’m actually still undecided, but I have a lot of credits.

oh okay. but why does the completion time matter? did I miss some information?

Does anyone know if my status will change from submitted to completed, or from submitted to under review to completed?

Anybody got news today?

@sophia1997 Haven’t heard anything yet. I plan to reach out to admissions tomorrow before lunch to get a status update.

@LouieWilder Did you reach out? What did they say ?

When are they going to release decisions. it says the latest they could release would be the end of this month til early april

anyone knows the process to voluntarily submit mid-term grades to support my application?

@basicbeefybitch i don’t think you can voluntary submit midterm grades they have to be requested

Does anybody know when I will receive a financial aid offer? I submitted my FAFSA and CSS months ago, but my portal shows no recognition that they have received it.

@VladimirNabokov
You will prob receive financial aid offer like 2 weeks later. If you are outer state applicant, you probably have to pay at least 28k.

@VladimirNabokov Do you mind telling us who your admission counselor is ?
