For those of you who were deferred early action and later accepted, when were you accepted?

I am currently a Freshmen at UMich. Last year I was deferred, and then happily accepted in early February. OOS, 33 ACT, 3.85 GPA. I love UMich and couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else. Go Blue!

Early like before February 15th? And how big does the campus feel, like how long is the walk to classes, gym, etc.?

When you first get to campus, it will feel HUGE. You won’t even remember which side you entered the Diag from, lol. But, as time progresses, you’ll know campus like the back of your hand. The time it takes to walk to classes vary based on where you live. For me, all the buildings surrounding the diag are less than 10 minutes away. If you live on The Hill (Mojo, Alice Lloyd, etc), the gym is extremely close, otherwise, it’s 10-15 mins if you live on Central.
I was accepted RD, so no help there.
Thanks for the input. Anyone else for when they were notified after being deferred early action?
