Hi yall, congrats to those who have been accepted as transfer students! I am studying abroad next semester and am hoping to sublet my apartment.
It is a super nice apartment a short walk from the Crisler Center, Yost, and the IM for those of you are basketball and hockey fans, a parking spot is included and there is also a bus stop right nearby. There is no water bill, just electric and wifi for ~$40 a month. There are plenty of pictures and more information available on the website: 828greene .com . The landlord does a great job taking care of any issues that come up (of which there have been very few). I am looking for a subletter to pay $850 a month for the winter semester (January → April).
