<p>Sorry, this is a second posting of the thread because I posted it in the wrong forum.</p>

<p>University of Missouri is one of the few large public schools that offers my major. I like a lot of things about it but they are known to have a large Greek system and I have no interest in joining a sorority, I am afraid because of this I will not fit in. Should I still consider it or just forget it. Thanks in advance!</p>

<p>I had the same concern! But according to their website, only 24% of their undergrads join the greek system. They have about 30,000 students, so roughly 7500 are Greek. This seems like a lot, but that also means that 22,500 DON’T join. Besides, this way, if you go to mizzou and decide you want to join the Greek life, it’s an option. don’t rule anything out!</p>
