<p>I just received my financial aid application but there was no mention about scholarship offerings. I called the financial office and the lady kept saying check the financial aid application and about grants. I just wanted to know if I’ll be offered scholarships and she just kept rambling on and sighing many times about what each award (PHEAA, Pell Grant, Loans, SEOG) means like I have no clue. There is a list of scholarships on the website but very few apply to incoming freshman and the only way they’re available is if the school sends out the information. I’m stuck on what to do and considered applying to Shippensburg or West Chester due to cheaper tuition. =/</p>
