I recently got accepted to University of Portland’s engineering program, however I am unsure if engineering is really what I want to do. I have always been interested in math and sciences but don’t know if I am really able to be successful in this field. So I guess my questions are; How difficult is it to get a bachelor or masters degree in engineering? Will it be worth the hard work to major in engineering (especially from UP)? If I realize after the first year of the program that I can’t do it, will it be easy to transfer into the College of Arts&Sciences for a different major? Ahhhh so many questions, I guess I am just super unsure of what I want to do with my future/what I am good at and passionate about, so any advice that anyone has about engineering or UP will be very helpful! Thank you!!
