What are my chances?
I would say you have almost no chance with a 26 ACT unless you are a recruited athlete. GPA is on par, but the ACT score is simply way too low. If you really want to go to UR, you would need to get that score to like a 30-31 and apply ED.
Pretty weak chances. Get your ACT above 28, write great essays, and maybe find some stronger ECs.
Elon would be a better application for you for a Southern school. Great school and superlative campus. The gender ratio is certainly in your favor.
UR is definitely a reach. Get those test scores up! Is that GPA unweighted or weighted?
