**University of Rochester 2024 Waitlist

What’s a DONZO? xD

It means r.i.p. our chances of getting off the waitlist :frowning:

:frowning:
Are they going to make the class smaller this time or have all the accepted students enrolled already?

I wonder why they didn’t send the rejection letters till now. May be there is a last wave coming. Don’t want to give false hope, though.

Any news, guys?

Did anyone contact them for the decision release date? They said they will release decisions within 2 weeks from May 4, LMAO.

The future is looking grim :(.

Somebody should email them again to ask when they are being released.

I checked last year thread, and there were people asking for decision release date until 24th June, so I guess they released it even later than 24th June. I think they will release the last few decisions fairly late in June or even July.

I think I should leave a message for the students of class of 2025, so they don’t get stuck waiting like us. My best guess is that they release few waves in early May or late April and another VERY VERY small wave in late June. If you didn’t get in by mid May, you probably won’t get in.

It sounds like they only let international students off the waitlist.

I think they are searching for full-pay students whether international or domestic. I am international, seeking full ride.

At this point, I don’t even know anymore. No emails, no decisions. Nothing. A decision would help even if it is a rejection.

Still nothing!!!

What makes this more confusing and uncertain for us is that they aren’t sending any rejection letters, let alone acceptance ones.

Community college looks like my future if I don’t hear from anything.

This is too frustrating. They should send us anything even if it was a rejection. University of Rochester is the only choice left to me.

Son received an acceptance off of the Waitlist on May 6 with a $20k scholarship and 24k grant. He declined a week later for a full ride elsewhere. We are not international.

Mid June and nothing! What are they waiting for?

They are part of the procrastination nation.
