Yeah, I am confused about financial aid as well. I only got $8,000 from the Dean’s scholarship, which I am assuming is every year. (that is a lot of money and obviously I am grateful, it just doesn’t begin to cover the hefty price of tuition) Will I get enough need-based aid to attend? I know I qualify for the pell-grant and such and I have submitted all required forms. So I guess we will see! Congrats to everyone!
Anyone who hasn’t received a decision? I didn’t get an email and when I log into MyROC it’s just the old checklist with no status update.

Does anyone know if merit and aid “stack” or if one gets absorbed into the other? I can’t find anything on their website about this

For scholarship details, just Google for “Wilder Scholarship University of Rochester”. Go to University of Rochester > Financial Aid > Scholarship. You will find a lot of information on this.
Alternatively search keywords in the google.

While I’m elated to have gotten in, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t expect to get any merit awards. Are all awards in the acceptance letter? Will anything be sent out at a later date? I toured the school and had a great interview, so I’m not sure what else I could’ve done.
@internethunry - We got our result just today in the evening. Usually universities release the results in batches. If you don’t hear within the next 2 days - you should feel free to call the Admissions.

Accepted to U of R with Whipple scholarship
I don’t see any scholarship info. 34 ACT, 3.98 GPA UW, Salutatorian. I got the Bausch and Lomb award from my HS though.

Can someone help? Can’t log in because we need the temporary PIN. There’s no email with a PIN that we can find. No idea where it was sent from or when. Any ideas?
@user_643238 - When you applied to U of R via Common App, they must have sent you a confirmation email with the temporary PIN. You should go back and look for it.
Otherwise, you would have to request admissions for a temporary PIN
