<p>My mom is an alum of USD. I’m a junior, and am looking at the best business schools in the country. Does anyone have any advice about pursueing this school? (My mom is kind of biased since she went there)
I go to a private boarding school and have a 3.7.

<p>Whee is your legal residence? Do you have any other academic interests? Do you have any size, location (urban/suburban/rural) preferences?</p>
<p>A 3.7 is about the median GPA for getting in to USD. Their Undergrad B-School was recently ranked #46 in the country by BusinessWeek (And 27th overall in the “recruiter rankings” list which may be the most important category). USD is a very good school which is becoming harder to get into to (although since your mom is an alum, you will have a bit of a leg up on the competition) and has a great campus.</p>
