Accepted with $31k/year merit - 3.58 uw, 4.0 w, 1440 SAT, 9 APs(5 in progress), all 4s, 1 DE, decent ECs

Also got 34K scholarship for every semester.
I just applied as a safety, is U of SF good school for applied math or electrical engineering ?
Did the merit of 34k come in email or snail mail?
3.6UW/3.95W got admitted for Public Health. SAT 1410.
There was no email. News came via snail mail with big envelop. No news on merit yet.
My child’s merit was listed in both the letter in the portal and in the acceptance envelope/mail.
we didn’t get a letter in the mail or an email - just saw it in the portal and merit was listed on the letter.
34K per semester or per year?
Thank you. We checked as well.. It is $31k/year .
This makes it worth looking at it as COA will be under 50k
