university of socal (USC) engineering transfer chances?

<p>I go to AACC in Maryland. im applying for fall 2012. I have a 3.683 thanks to my D in english 121. ive been here for 3 semesters. after the spring semester i will have 56 credits (im retaking the english class else id have 59 or 60). i got a B in chem 1 and withdrew from chem 2. i withdrew from eng 121 once, second time the ****** gave ne a D, and this time the teacher is supposed to be an easy A so ill probably get a B because i suck at english that bad. so i have 2 Ws and a B on my transcript everything else is an A with only one take. ive taken calc 1-3, diff eq, physics 1 and 2, digital logic design, an engineering intro class, and a logic class and of course chem 1 and english 121. this spring ill be taking linear alg, physics 3, circuit theory, c programming, and english 121 again. i cant imagine not getting As in those classes except english. so my gpa will probably be a 3.9. im a computer engineering or possibly electrical. i tutor math and physics through the college and get paid so its a job i guess. im also a power lifter but idk if that counds as ec. so if you dont have any more questions what do you think my chances are? too long didnt read?</p>

<p>I feel like you actually might have a chance. It doesn’t hurt to say something about your ethnicity somewhere in your essay, since I think engineering in general has less diversity compared to other majors so it would be a plus. (That’s just my opinion) Just make sure you have a really good essay especially since you didn’t do too well in your English classes.</p>
