Does anyone know anything about this college? I heard they give a lot of IB credit, and they seem to offer a variety of majors.
I would like to know if…

anyone has any idea of the type of students that go there

there is academic prestige associated with this school

there any acclaimed pre-professional programs (e.g. pre-law, pre-med etc.)

Thanks. So does the affiliation make them super-religious? I know some schools are affiliated but they are more accepting of other religions. Do they require religious classes to be taken like Baylor does?

From what I’ve heard, they have world class computer science and petroleum engineering programs, and do well in pre-med too. They were near the top of my list at one point, because they offer full rides to most national merit finalists.

You would be missing out on a very good school if you didn’t investigate U of Tulsa. As I mentioned in other posts, Tulsa has a liberal arts college feel. It is very strong in the liberal arts and music and the community is much more cultural than you would believe. Even with Division I sports, this is not some mega and narrow minded campus.
