<p>I also have a question about the financial guarantee form.
On the application for Virginia In-State Educational Privileges it says that even though I am a citizen my parents (who have been living in America for 20 years) have to fill out this form because they are not citizens.
I went online and found the form.
However, it seems to only be for international students.
Can someone help me out?</p>
