<p>what do your stats have to look like to get into UW if you’re out of state? It seems like a pretty neat school.</p>

<p>1840 SAT (1900 super score)
4.0 uw GPA
top 1% at not competitive high school (about 5 kids went to UCLA, 1 went to berkeley, 1 went to notre dame)
5 aps, 3 honors
president of orchestra (been taking private violin lessons for 8 years)
nationally-ranked horseback rider (been competing on a nat’l level since 10, horseback riding is my love in life!)</p>

<p>Lemme guess, you guys will tell me to up my SAT scores :p</p>

<p>I live in OR and my oldest son went to a top tier (IB) public HS here in Beaverton. He had a lower cum, lower SAT’s but is strong in leadership. He was admitted to UW. I cannot imagine you would not also be admitted.
