It’s there although I can’t comment as to whether it was there previously or not.

We have it as well, but I genuinely don’t recall if it was there previously or not.

Where do you find this?
When you log into the Student Center there’s a box with a graduation cap called Academic Records. In there.
we definitely do NOT have that! That sure looks like a major portal sign!
Wasn’t it you that could get into housing as well? If you guys get an acceptance, mark that as a major tell for next year’s applicants!
You don’t have the “academic records” section at all, or the list of options that is showing underneath it? Yes, we can also get logged into housing. Fingers crossed this is all a good sign.

He has 8 boxes on applicant homepage only. He doesn’t have academic records as an option at all. He has Admissions, Applicant profile, Financial Aid, Tasks, Notification Center, Wisconsin Scholarship Hub, Student Employment and Student eForms.
This is a HUGE reach for my kid as we are OOS and TO. The likelihood of him getting in is extremely slim.
You definitely have a lot more access than others it seems. We don’t even have 4 of the boxes shown on your screenshot!

This is all so strange. But honestly, we’ve had this number of boxes in our student center since I can remember so that part isn’t new.
That just sounds like he moved to the accepted pile early in the process. I would think he was marked as accepted and that triggered software portal changes early.
Fingers crossed. We are expecting a deferral for his #2 school this week, and UW is the last school we have to hear back from.
