D24 admitted to CL&S. Her stats are:
OOS, 1570 SAT, good ecs with leadership position, 3.89uw/4.44w, 15APs, NMSF
No mention of merit award or honors. Did anyone get either in their admission letter?
I was wondering as well. Were there rejections?
College Confidential is a very skewed sample size, since all the people on here are either overachieving students (or parents of overachieving students) so it makes sense that most people on this thread were accepted or deferred. UW Madison has a 50% acceptance rate overall, so people are definitely getting rejected.

@KR77 Yes, my OOS D24 was rejected last night. She applied for nursing. My S24 who applied for biology was deferred.

First of all, yes, I am that person who tabulates all the decisions so far. 
Please take this information with a huge grain of salt because it relies on a biased sample of people on CC willing to report their information.
Regarding the ADMT vs. APPL, it looks like anyone who had the ADMT was accepted. However, there were at least several people with APPL who were also accepted. One said it changed to ADMT after acceptance, and another still had APPL after being accepted.

Donât forget the international please
As the sample size was already really small and I only saw 2-3 who identified themselves as international, I included them in the OOS category.
Was this early registration/application because my daughter sees nothing. Still looks the same. No rejection/deferred or acceptance
The decisions were all for Early Action applicants who applied on or before Nov. 1

Thatâs strange. You might want to call their admissions office to find out why.
Did you click the notification tile? Sometimes it says 0 notification but when you click it, it has a decision letter in it.
Also, if you click the Admissions tile, it will say the current application status.
My D24 also got admitted. OOS 3.95UW/4.5W, 1530SAT. Her decision also only lists College of Letters & Science but does NOT specify a major. Her first choice major was CS . Did you find anything? Does UW-M admit to college and not a major? Then how do they decide the major?

Just in case for stats: My son is international, test optional, 3,99 GPA (French baccalauréat), 5 honors classes, strong ECs (ballet, violin, volunteering, leadership and business) fluent in 4 languages. Admitted directly to BBA Marketing. He is very happy with his WM admission. Rejected UNC. Waiting for Kelley School of Business review petition. By the way, which one of the Business School is better? Kelley or WM?
