For those of us here who do not have access to our student’s portal, what are 92 apps? 92 different links to various UW options, such as housing, canvas, etc? Did you count, I am so confused with no line of sight to what you are seeing. Thanks so much!

My guess is it doesn’t mean much more than perhaps the system is being updated.

People are looking for tells. I think UW has these things pretty much locked out until you receive your individual decision.

Still 91 apps, no email, and no canvas login. The belief is that they add new apps for the admitted students with more options for them. That’s why a change in the number of apps is a good sign. Maybe they are releasing today after all. Hopefully in batches and that’s why I don’t see a change. Good luck!

When you go into MyUW Home, you see UW Profile, Course Search and Enroll and few other apps. At the bottom, there’s a + sign to add apps, if you press on it then it tells you how many apps to add

Can’t remember how we got to that site in the first place (probably something we saw here) but there is a separate site (login in needed) https://my.wisc.edu/ There are some apps already on my son’s homepage there but if you open the menu on the left hand side you can “browse apps” It is on that page that it lists right at the top how many apps are available. hope that helps

No, did not get the email. Portal changes for some but not for others, close to D-Day, often turns out to be related to the outcome.

Doesn’t mean much, since each app has to be credentialed (and not necessarily by Admissions group), before you can log into the app.
