It looks like it is an immigration record portal.

When I try to get into Terra Dotta it says: Your login indicates you have a valid UW-Madison login ID, but you have not yet been set up to access the UW-Madison Terra Dotta website. Then it goes on to explain how to set it up as a first time user.

Accepted EA. Went from 91 to 92 apps, Terra Dotta added the last day. Could not access Canvas. Code said ā€œpreparing for SOARā€.

We have 92 apps. We were deferred EA and had only 91 apps when EA acceptances dropped. Feeling hopeful!

Yes. EA admit and it changed to 92 about 30 mins before.

I applied RD for Engineering and Iā€™m still at 91, it might just be for deferred applicants

Donā€™t panic, there were plenty of applicants reporting they did not change to 92 until 30 minutes before decisions dropped.
