After doing some research, I have realised that these schools are very similar but, if you had to take everything into consideration - based on what you know about these two schools - which one would you pick and why?

Both metro areas seem about the same size. Look into your intended major and compare the courses.

Thanks guys. I’m still unsure. I’ve read about them both in detail and for some reason I was gravitating to Eau Claire, but I’ve no real reason why. I think some extra reading is needed.
Do you live in Wisconsin? If so, I’d recommend going to visit. Make weekend roadtrips to both. A lot of kids from my high school end up at these two schools and I haven’t really heard complaints about either. Other popular choices around here are UW Superior, UW River Falls, and Winona State if you want to look up those and do some further comparison.
