Fwiw, some of these have early Oct deadlines if you are a current sr. Some applications are open until Nov 1 or slightly later.
No fellow is fine 
. Unfortunately, I am a senior so some might be a bit late but I’ll check them out and see!
Don’t bother submitting them if you are going to be past the deadline. On the last day is fine, but after the deadline is not. These programs are extremely competitive, so late is going to be a no.
