<p>Getting a perfect score on SAT’s is a dream to you people? It’s just a test , jeez. You don’t need good SAT scores to get into a good college anyway. A friend of mine just wrote an essay about how meaningless the SAT’s were and sent in all applications without any test scores at all. He got into Princeton ED. </p>
<p>Just relax and focus on something that truly would make you happy.</p>
<p>WHAT??? If it had come to my mind, I’d have done it! Definitely! But it’s too late now:( I already took the SAT I in spite of my protests against that ****in’ system of taking such stupid tests!</p>
<p>And for many schools it’s not just a test. Some just consider it but for others it’s one of the most important factors:(</p>
<p>Any school that puts a lot of weight on SAT scores when evaluating a truly intellectually curious and hard working student is not worth applying to, imo. They should see you for who you are, rather than how fast you can do math or read randomly generated passages.</p>
<p>Oh, those passages! When in college will I have to read only first and last sentences from each paragraph and skim the other parts?! How could skimming help me in college? Does this test measure my ability to read fast and understand? No, it measures my ability to skim! And I hate speed reading! I like reading so much but I can’t enjoy any book If I skim!</p>

<p>I second you : ))) , but this is life. theer are many colleges who consider sat scores. mine aren’t great at all(that’s why I’m retaking the sat tomorrow), still I hope I could prove the Brown admission guys I am special 
but hopefully this is the last time I’ll ever take a CB test :)</p>
