Got my gold envelope today, finally!! I’m in NorCal, near Chico, so hopefully more Californians will get their letters today. I saw some other comments asking about the Purple & Gold Scholarship for OOS applicants. That info was included on my admit letter, but did not show on my financial aid status. Good luck everyone!
I just received mail today. I’m in state and was offered waitlist.
Stats:
GPA: 3.5~3.6
SAT: 2030
ACT: 31
I’m guessing it’s because I have super inconsistent grades.

Lots of EC’s: Sports, leadership, community service
Major: I applied as Biology: Molecular, Cell, & Developmental, and like a lot of other people, they put me in Pre-Science.
So you still haven’t heard anything?
I’m in NorCal and my friend who lives like a street away from me checked his mailbox and had the gold letter with the OOS scholarship offer in it 
My mail comes around 3, hope to see something in there!!

My d finally got her gold letter today. Her transcript loaded Monday (3/16) and the congratulations notice showed up Wednesday, I think. She’s OOS - Georgia. I don’t know if she’s been offered any scholarship money because she’s still at school and hasn’t opened her letter yet!
@ferdinand32 It’s one of my top schools, along with UC Davis or the University of San Diego, and possilby U of Oregon. But I’m not sure yet. I’m visiting most of them in April and then I will decide.
Do you have any other top schools beside UW?
@liment do they tell you where you are on the waitlist?

@Jenbo9 I’m planning on visiting UW during spring break, so probably early April! And yeah, I’d love to get into UCLA or UC Berkeley, but considering the fact that my stats aren’t high enough, I will probably end up going to UW Right now, I’ve gotten an acceptance from UC Merced but I don’t really want to go there (nothing against the school, I’m just more of a city person) and I got a waitlist offer from UCSD, which I’m not really sure if I’m gonna take yet.
Does anyone think the second batch will be next Monday?
Anyone that still hasn’t seens a message or transcript?

@wiifixp They offer you the choice of being put on the waitlist or not. I have to fill out a form that includes my autumn grades and current classes in order to be on the waitlist.

Essays: First one could have been better but I felt like the diversity one was really good
Honestly I think the only reason I didn’t get accepted was because over the last 2 years I’ve alternated between good and bad grades by semesters.
@liment Did you get the congratulations message? Your test scores are great! I bet you get in still!
