This is a quiz developed by Waterloo Engineering to help students get a better idea of what major to take. While it’s not going to find that “perfect major” for u, it might help u narrow it down to couple choices.

Good Luck!

I got mechatronics, software, and industrial… pretty cool program and I really love that it is so specific

I obtained electrical, mechatronics, and mechanical. The thing is that I’m already taking electrical, so it matched pretty well with my interests.

Management, systems design, and software…no surprise there; I am majoring in computer science and industriaal engineering

I got Mechanical, Management and Electrical. Really helpful for someone unsure whether to choose Mechanical, Electrical or Computer… :P

Wow this is oddly good. I got Electrical primarily, with Management & Environment as a subset. Fits when you consider I’m going into power systems for a utility (thus the engineering management for large projects, and environment for implementing renewables on a large scale).

Pretty useful for people who pretty much know what they want to do but maybe can’t tack a major onto it. That’s about it.

It’s kind of obvious what many of the options are supposed to lead to.

Exactly–S is in ChemE and kept saying “The ChemE answer would be…”
