UNTHSC, UTD, DBU, or TCU? MPH or MBA?

I am trying to decide which school and graduate degree to get. My first choice in careers is a US Navy commission into the Medical Service Corps. In order to do so, I have to get a CEPH accredited MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health (to become an Environmental Health Officer in the Navy) or an AACSB accredited MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management/Administration (to be a Healthcare Administrator in the Navy). I can get the MPH from UNTHSC and the MBA with the appropriate concentration from UTD or DBU.
However, I want to pick a degree that will be best for the civilian world and not pick based solely on the Navy. I can get other commissions in the military regardless of the degree I choose, I just need to specifically pick the two above to get into the Medical Service Corps.
So, with all that said, what would you choose from the following schools/programs? Base your answers on school prestige and civilian career prospects.

UNTHSC - CEPH accredited MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health (approx $11000 total tuition/fees)

UTD - If I went here I would get a dual MS/MBA in Healthcare Management. AACSB accredited. (approx $36000 total tuition/fees)

DBU - MBA in Healthcare Management. AACSB accredited. (Approx $28000 tuition/fees).

TCU - MBA. This option is the most expensive ($65000) and does not offer a healthcare concentration. However, I am wondering if having a degree from here would outweigh these cons.

So, what do you think?
