Unweighted and Weighted GPAs, which do foreign Colleges/Universities look at?

<p>I want to apply for Nagoya University in Japan, its admission requirement states GPAs less than 3.00 out of 4.00 scale will not be considered. I have a 2.86 GPA but a 3.17 weighted. Does anyone know?</p>

<p>Unweighted. The concept of a weighted GPA is foreign (no pun intended) to foreign universities.</p>
