<p>Does PSU do anything to combat students who take honors classes but dont receive a weighted grade? Or do they just look at your GPA as it stands and your GPA is the GPA they use to compare you to other applicants?</p>

What I’m trying to say is if I have a 3.2 unweighted gpa, but have taken several honors classes (that receive no weight in my school) is my gpa looked at differently or possibly assigned a “weight” by penn state admissions? Or is it simply just a 3.2 and the honors dont really mean anything.</p>
